The space where you spent most of your time can effect your life in different ways , so why not use it in your defense by putting things that remind you of the reason why you’re doing this in the first place ( quotes , pictures , etc … ) .
You can also try to keep a journal with what you achieved so far , your goals , your meal planes and even progress pictures ; Before-after ; I mean why not , it is just an other excuse to take more selfies , so no shame .
Surround yourself with people who are doing the same thing as you , if not in real life maybe follow them on instagram anywhere really , just so you can have someone to look up to , someone that can inspire you to do your best and that even with baby steps it is possible.
It’s true that surrounding yourself with positive vibe and inspiring people can help you out , but you will always be the best cheerleader that you can have , so believe in yourself and be sure that even with baby steps you will get there eventually .
